Hyderabad is a  great city with mix of culture, traditional values and modern amenities. It has ancient monuments with remanent of history as well as high-tech buildings of modern technologies, therefore there are a number of places to visit in Hyderabad.  The city has huge local markets apart from big shopping malls and complexes therefore it is also considered as big shopping hub, Laad bazar is on such place where you must visit when in tour of  Hyderabad . It is said that people of  Hyderabad talks from heart which also reflect in the famous Hyderabadi language they speak which has its own attitude and sweetness. To know the city better i am bringing to you 10 best places and outings which is must for any one who visit Hyderabad.

  1. Charminar:

    It is a famous monument build in the form of four towers (char minar) standing in the middle of a crossroads in old Hyderabad. It is known for its historic importance and architectural  marvel. The  aerial view of city can be seen clearly from its top. Other monuments like High court, Makka Masjid have clear view from it, they are the historic and architectural marvel, you must visit this place in Hyderabad.

  1. Laad Bazar:

    Laad Bazar is ladies paradise, a local market for bangles and artificial jewelries. A street on western side of Charminar is full of shops with glittering glasses showcasing designers bangles, artificial jewelries and other kinds of ladies ornaments. The items sold here are locally made therefore cheaper but without bargain with shopkeeper you cannot get your price. Women are smart shopper they get the best items in best price therefore enjoy shopping here.

  1. Salar Jung Museum:

    If you are interested in seeing the objects and antiques used by our fore fathers in the Historic years then Salar Jung Museum is the best place to visit. It is named after great collector Nawab Mir Yousuf Ali Khan, Salar Jung III. At present the museum has in its collection the art and antiques of European, Middle Eastern and far Eastern origin, apart from the chronicles of the rich Indian heritage-dating from the Mauryan to the Mughal dynasty and the rule of Nizams.

  1. Tank bund:

    The best place to spend leisure time, away from the crowd of city specially in the evening is Tank bund or Hussain Sagar lake. The main center of  tourist attraction here is a large monolithic statue of Lord Budhha which is erected in the middle of lake. The statute is continuously sparkled by the different colored lights and surrounded by fountains which enhances its beauty. There is nothing as wonderful as a brisk walk on the pavement made along sides of this lake watching different shades of Budhha statue. The road surrounding the lake is named ‘Necklace road’, there are many  places of entertainment along this road like NTR Garden,  Lumbini Park, Sanjeevaiah Park, Prasad’s  IMax, etc Birla Temple, is also located nearby and can be visited in the evening. There are famous five star hotel like the Park and Hotel Marriot also built having their room facing the beautiful lake.

    Hyderabad is famous for pearl market. There are various pearl shops in every small and big markets of Hyderabad,  they sells variety of pearl beads, pearl necklace and all kinds of beautiful pearl jewelries. The designs and quality of pearl jewelry sold here are difficult to find any where else in India. Therefore  Pearl shopping is definitely a must in Hyderabad.

    Prasad’s IMAX multiplex is famous entertainment zone in Hyderabad with five screen multiplex it has multinational food court, fun zone, shooping mall and it has one of the world’s  largest 3D theater.  A movie freak will never leave a chance when in Hyderabad, to go and experience viewing 3D film in such a big screen.

    Talking of Hyderabad without its food is like pickle without salt. Sweetness in speech of people of Hyderabad is the result of tasty food they eat.  Hyderabadi cuisine is mainly known for its famous Hyderabadi Biryani cooked from rice steamed with Deccan spices, herbs, edible oils and meat.     Ramojii is the world biggest film studio complex build by the famous film producer Ramoji Rao. It has become the popular tourist destination for people visiting Hyderabad. Spread over 2000 acres of land near outer ring road, it has filmy sets of almost every thing ranging from Mughal Garden, Highway, Railway stations, Airport, Big Mahals, Shopping Malls, Village, Towns ,police stations and multi store serials and soaps sets. There are various live performance sets happening full day for tourists. Loud music with live performers at various corners creates a festive environment, people love to see and enjoy with the performers.

  1. Golconda Fort:

    Golconda fort is historic place, according to historian it is built in 1143 A.D during the kingdom of Raja Pratap Rudra Dev. The fort was build on top of hill as suggested by a shepherd to save the kingdom from enemies. Today it has become the famous tourist spot in Hyderabad. The Palace is built on top of hill therefore you get a chance to see the aerial view Hyderabad.

  1. Birla Mandir:

    Birla Mandir is a famous temple built on top of hill, it is made from beautifully carved pure white marble stone. The temple is presided by Loard Venkateshwara whose idol is also beautifully made of granite stone. The temple is neat and clean with serene ambiance . There is awesome view from top especially of Tank bund and necklace road.
